Place the tube in the optical measuring cell and the system is ready to measure. High-resolution digital cameras accurately measure the tube's geometry in a few seconds. TubeInspect, TubeInspect S and TubeInspect HD can entirely replace mechanical gauges.
Tube Inspect
The full size system has a measurement volume 2.5m (8.25 ft) x 1m(3 ft) x 0.7m (2.25 ft). Longer tubes can be measured in sections.
Tube Inspect S
Provides the benefits of TubeInspect dimensional measurement in a smaller package. TubeInspect S has a measurement area 1.2m(4ft) x 1.0m (3 ft) x 0.7m (2.25 ft). Tubes can be measured in sections.
Tube Inspect HD
Designed to suit the requirements arising in the production of bent tube and wire parts shorter than 500mm.
Based on the successful TubeInspect software that is also applied in AICON’s TubeInspect and TubeInspect S measuring systems. TubeInspect HD inspects short, thin tubes and wires with diameters of 1mm up to 10mm
checks various geometric features such as bends, length of the part, and end-to-end distance.
Measuring field comprises a volume of 450mm (17.75 in) x 400mm (15.75 in) x 200mm (8 in).
