TubeInspect - Models cover a range of tube sizes

TubeInspect models are availale in a range on sizes:

TubeInspect

The full size system has a measurement volume 2.5m (8.25 ft) x 1m (3 ft) x 0.7m (2.25 ft).  Longer tubes can be measured in sections by openening the roller-doors at the ends.

TubeInspect S

Provides the benefits of TubeInspect in a smaller package.  TubeInspect S has a measurement area 1.2m (4 ft) x 1.0m (3 ft) x 0.7m (2.25 ft).  Tubes can be measured in sections.

TubeInspect HD

Designed to suit the requirements of bent tubes and wireform parts shorter than 500mm.  TubeInspect HD inspects short, thin tubes and wires with diameters of 1mm up to 10mm.  Volume of 450mm (17.75 in) x 400mm (15.75 in) x 200mm (8 in).

TubeInspect HS

This is a high accuracy version of the TubeInspect S.  The tube support area and reference field is a thick glass plate which is uniquely stable for shape and temperature.  This provides a more precise measurement of the tube geometries.  TubeInspect HS makes use of new software version 4.5 that is capable of higher measuring accuracy thru an improved algorithm.  TubeInspect HS reaches a high precision of up to 50um (1 sigma) with unprecedented measuring repeatability.
